Thanks for the faves! I'd completely forgotten about those pieces. I noticed they've added film to dA, you should put your film up here, I'd like to see it.

The details in your poetry remind me of dreams. They were inspiring to read.
:iconthetruthfulliar:
Yeah it's been a while since I've read your work and those struck me as the best. They're distinct... memories... clear at times and vague enough when they need to be. I'll get to the movie soon enough. :) Thanks.

Thank you, I'm glad you like them. The two you liked felt really natural and enjoyable to write. Lots of the other stuff on there was forced out because I had word counts and a criteria to meet. It was hard work.

I really like the allegory you use in many of your poems. I've been using more of it lately, though it's not something that comes easily for me at least.
:iconsoapsud:
Hmm, I think allegory is just about the only thing I can do! I struggle to write things in which I cannot pour loads of my own meaning.
Have you read 'The Impressionist' by Hari Kunzru? I started reading it for my ';Politics of Identity and Subjectivity' course and I'm completely addicted. The imagery is stunning and the plot is captivating. I really recommend it and I'm desperate for someone else to read it too! =)
